Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Manage a team who will partner cross functionally to understand underlying business issues and to build, change, and deploy solutions that maintain the integrity of financial and enterprise processes. Oversees the overall operations of the Noble Finance Department. Responsible for ensuring training and development of subordinate staff, conducting performance reviews, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies

 

Job Summary: Work with Noble leadership to effectively manage the financial reporting and analytics to improve efficiencies and operations with the ultimate goal of improved profitability. Work with corporate accounting and finance departments to ensure proper communication and monitoring of Noble financials. Review general ledger inventory balances, debits, and credits on a monthly basis to ensure that entries and balances appear reasonable relative to historical and current business trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage review and modification processes of internal control, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and business practices and processes to ensure operational integrity
  • Review and analyze dashboard reporting regarding overall business performance, medication margins, and cut reports
  • Monitor preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements/documents for approval
  • Oversee annual budget preparation and weekly and monthly forecasting
  • Recommends systems process improvements and implements changes
  • Develop quality assurance process to ensure that all financial services and analysis are being provided and executed with complete accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide timely reporting, feedback, and information to support the training and development of direct reports
  • Direct and seek enhancements to finance department workflow on a daily basis
  • Ensure that team maintains and keeps reasonable production as determined by management
  • Develop and manage department schedule, time off requests,
  • Provide oversight to 340B contracts as well as fee income strategy and validation
  • Identify growth opportunities within targeted clients
  • Provide complex analysis for potential M&A targets
  • Maintains appropriate documentation of applications and business processes
  • Support sales operations with business opportunity target analysis and reporting towards sales performance
  • Integrate with operations and sales to develop process improvement roadmap
  • Participates in change control processes
  • Assist management with forecasting and procurement reporting strategies with key vendor partners
  • Shares knowledge with peers and others and supports knowledge management efforts
  • Participates in developing individual skill sets to meet today and tomorrow's business needs
  • Develop and maintain reporting to monitor vendor performance (i.e. payments/return payments/exception payment volume/system downtime)
  • Responsible for understanding industry trends and providing input for establishing strategic goals
  • Identify training opportunities for store
  • Interface with various auditors and outside agencies
  • Responsible for the assessment, evaluation and implementation of technologies needed to maximize efficiencies within supervised departments
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • Required: bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance

Experience:

  • Preferred: 5+ years previous experience in related Pharmacy/ Healthcare experience preferred.

Job Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft desk tools such as Excel and Access and PUSQL
  • Thorough knowledge of financial systems and analysis

 

Compensation:

 

$65,000-75,000 per year.

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
