Overview

Scope of Responsibilities:  Provide day-to-day support to ensure that the needs Noble Specialty Pharmacy clients and patients are met.  Assist in the resolution of escalated client, member, and internal requests.  Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.         

 

Job Summary: As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of both client-facing and internal departments at Noble Specialty Pharmacy. You'll coordinate internal support for all client-related activities, ensuring excellent customer service, account management, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will serve as backup assistance for clients in the absence of a primary Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to client-facing teams and assist with their daily responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to gauge client and patient satisfaction.
  • Address inquiries from clients and patients while ensuring timely problem resolution.
  • Help resolve escalated customer service issues effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, covering group enrollments, member eligibility, benefit design, provider interactions, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate the distribution and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for pharmacy clients.
  • Manage on-site resolution of client service issues as needed.
  • Facilitate on-site orientation for new clients when necessary.
  • Communicate with various external business partners as required for issue resolution.
  • Assess, evaluate, and implement technologies to enhance efficiencies within assigned departments.
  • Help plan and execute client educational forums and special events.
  • Attend client service meetings, employee orientation sessions, and health fairs.
  • Complete all required mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Required: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

 

Experience:

  • Required: 2 years experience in Customer/Client Service
  • Preferred: 2 years experience with Healthcare, Insurance, or Account Management
