    Scope of Responsibilities: Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. 


    Job Summary: Supports the sales and marketing efforts of Noble Health Services. Coordinates the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and events activities for Noble Health Services under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations.


    Job Duties:

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining an extensive understanding of Noble Healthcare Services and market forces affecting top line revenues.
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining a solid understanding of both Noble Health Services and primary competitors' value propositions, products and services, and customer-facing technologies.
    • Maintaining day-to-day marketing and event production coordination, and monitor and prioritize workflow, schedules, and budgets.
    • Responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with vendor partners, not-for-profit agencies, business partners, etc. to promote and further the goals of Noble Services.
    • Manage and strategize social media platforms to build Noble’s presence and connect with patients and providers
    • Coordinate the designing/purchasing/logistics of Noble marketing materials
    • Create/edit Noble’s website content
    • Collaborate with community advocacy groups to offer support through various outreach events
    • Digital marketing through: Google Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn
    • Implement inside sales initiatives to increase overall revenue
    • Assist sales team with marketing operations or internal tasks
    • Responsible for identifying trade show/community event and sponsorship opportunities that will gain access to a broad customer base. Help evaluate costs and benefits of each event and develop selection criteria and recommendations. For selected events, develop thorough event plans and tactics to ensure appropriate staffing levels, brand presentation, and audience engagement necessary to garner maximum exposure.
    • Mentor and manage Marketing Interns for continuous employee development
    • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    Attendance Requirements:

    Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts


    Educational Requirements:

    • Minimum: Associate’s Degree
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree



    • 3-5 years of experience working in Marketing related field.
    • Experience in brand management and social media strategies.
    • Preferred: Experienced at planning and managing community events.
    • Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, publishing software, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems.


    Special Conditions of Employment:

    Required Training:

    • HIPAA Privacy Course
    • HIPAA Security Course


    Job Skill Requirements:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to get along well with co-workers and with supervisors
    • Expertise with Internet research
    • Social Media skills
    • Excellent phone communication skills
    • Strong Analytical skills
